Youth Home Team

Comprehensive Mental Health Services for Adolescents

Youth Home offers a full continuum of care tailored to the diverse mental health needs of youth ages 12 to 17. Each client’s treatment plan is individualized, trauma-informed, and grounded in clinical excellence — delivered in an environment designed to support healing and long-term success.

Programs & Core Supports Offered

Residential Treatment

Psychiatric support in a structured, home-like environment.

Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP)

A trauma-informed option for youth in foster care who need extra mental/behavioral support.

Outpatient Services

Therapy, medication management, and support for individuals and families ages 2 and up living in the community.

Family Services

Family therapy with coordinated treatment planning, monthly virtual support groups and family camps to strengthen skills and relationships.

Trainings

Evidence-based workshops for parents, providers and professionals — practical skills in trauma-responsive care, attachment and program or classroom strategies.

Community Connections

Linkages to local resources, schools and providers to support continuity of care during treatment and after discharge.

Educational Services

Fully accredited on-campus schooling through Siebert School — A full school day with five special education-certified teachers and Qualified Behavioral Health Providers (QBHPs) in every classroom, plus a dedicated de-escalation zone and embedded therapeutic support to keep learning on track.

Specialty Treatment Tracks

Programs for Reactive Attachment Disorder, sexually reactive behavior and independent living readiness — focused on building daily-living, relationship and safety skills that prepare teens to return home, step back into school or work, or transition to the next appropriate level of care.

Low Student:Staff Ratios

A staffing model that maintains low student-to-staff ratios across cottages and classrooms to support safety, real-time coaching and individualized attention. Each program is led by a team of licensed professionals committed to helping youth heal, grow, and thrive — in treatment and beyond.
