Our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) provides intensive clinical care for adolescents in the foster care system. We serve boys ages 11 to 14 and girls ages 12 to 17 who are currently in the Arkansas foster care system and in DCFS custody. We address a range of mental and behavioral health needs—including trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and complex challenges—always with an emphasis on dignity, support, and growth.
This program addresses each child’s entire wellbeing, including medical, psychiatric, social, physical, and academic needs. Our therapies and activities are enjoyed in a beautiful, open, and comfortable 42-acre campus.

A trauma-informed, evidence-based residential option for youth in foster care who need structured support to stabilize, build skills, and make durable progress.
Our program serves to fulfill the Family First Prevention Services Act, which emphasizes placing children in the least restrictive, most family-like setting appropriate to their needs when foster care is necessary.
We focus on student and life-skills development, with a clear goal of reunification with family—or, when that isn’t possible, placement in a permanent adoptive home.
A highly regarded program statewide, built on decades of residential expertise and close partnership with state agencies.
Students bus to Joe T Robinson High School, and many hold part-time jobs and participate in extracurriculars alongside therapy, skill-building, and family work.
