What We Do

Youth Home Team

Helping Teens Heal

Youth Home specializes in treating adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and mood disorders. We support the whole person — emotionally, socially, academically, and physically — through a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach to care.

Our Therapeutic Approach

At the heart of our programs is a trauma-informed philosophy that prioritizes safety, trust, empowerment, and collaboration. Our clinicians create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methods, including:

  • approach-iconCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • approach-iconGroup and individual therapy
  • approach-iconExperiential therapy
  • approach-iconTrauma-Focused CBT

We believe consistency and connection are the foundations for healing. Each teen is supported by a multidisciplinary team that may include therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and recreational therapists.

Family involvement is a crucial part of treatment. Through regular communication, family therapy sessions, and caregiver education, we help strengthen relationships and prepare families for continued success beyond our campus.

Real Stories, Real Success

We are honored to witness the growth of the teens we serve every day. From reconnecting with family members to returning to school with a renewed sense of purpose, these stories reflect the resilience and strength of our youth.

Examples include:

  • A 15-year-old girl who overcame trauma and returned to her hometown to serve as a youth advocate
  • A teen boy who arrived with severe anxiety and left with new coping strategies, confidence, and a high school diploma from Siebert School
  • A mother who shared that Youth Home “gave her son back his future” after years of searching for the right support
