We serve youth ages 12 to 17 who :
Each youth’s stay varies based on individual needs and progress. We find the most success at 6-7 months.
Each day follows a structured schedule that includes school, individual and group therapy, recreation, meals, and time to rest. There’s a rhythm — not just to help with healing, but to create a sense of calm, connection, and consistency.
This is a tough decision. Youth Home provides a safe place for your child to work on treatment while you have space to stabilize and rebuild at home. Residential care isn’t for every child — not sure if it’s right? Let’s talk through it together.

You’re not alone. Many families come to us after experiencing other options. While no program is a one-size-fits-all solution, we offer honest guidance, individualized care, and a safe space for growth — with a team that truly believes in change.
Cost varies per treatment plan and insurance options. Youth Home accepts most major insurance plans and military insurances, including TRICARE®. We also provide support to help reduce out-of-pockets costs and for out-of-state families we offer travel assistance to help cover transportation costs.
Single case agreements are available with some payors. Contact our billing team about your specific policy.
We don’t just focus on change during a child’s time here — we prepare for what comes next. Our team supports family reintegration planning and aftercare as part of the treatment journey. We support youth facing a range of mental and behavioral health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and more. Every treatment plan is personalized to meet each youth’s unique needs. We do not allow seclusions of patients, a practice that has proven harmful to the treatment process. We are in this together.

Safety is our top priority. As a trauma-informed agency, we maintain a structured, supportive environment where harassment and violence are not tolerated. Staff are trained to respond with empathy, and families are kept informed of any concerns or incidents. Additionally, our staff are trained in safe and appropriate handling of physical incidents and CPR.
For six decades Youth Home has combined clinical expertise with compassion, offering a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to care. Our programs blend individualized therapy, accredited education, and award-winning recreational therapy — all on a 52-acre campus designed to support healing, growth, and connection.
What truly sets us apart is our belief in every youth’s potential, no matter their past. We are committed to partnering with families, not just treating symptoms. Here, care is personalized. Progress is celebrated. And kids are still allowed to be kids.
We’re here to help — no pressure, no wrong questions.
